With its legendary Hollywood & Vine location, the Special Events Department of Avalon & Bardot has hosted some of the most publicized and diverse events in Los Angeles.

The classic structure of the building allows a canvas of support to a wide range of affairs. We are a full -service venue offering production, in-house catering, beverage service, security, and event staff. Our expert planners use their attention to detail, organization & hard work in order to make your vision a reality.

Lighting Specifications

  • • PDF Versions of Light Plots available

  • • Lighting position for concerts is Mid balcony view of the stage

  • • Lighting desks available are Avolites Pearl 2000 and Showcad Artist.

  • • Lighting control is dmx 512 with 4 universes on the pearl and Showcad Artist, plus an additional 2 Universes on showcad for in house LED Fixtures.

  • • 8 Universes are also available on stage via Artnet and can be programmed via Showcad or 3rd party controller.

  • • Visiting LD's may bring their own desk

  • • Re-focusing, re-circuiting and re-patching strongly discouraged on the dimming system due to the sensitivity of the preserved "Original" dimming network, but may be allowed for multiple dates and film/television shoots

  • • Re-gelling allowed on a limited basis- please notify in advance so that we can have it ready for you.

  • • Limited circuits available on stage floor – all circuits are standard 3 pin stage connectors

  • • LD is free to program what ever he needs
